India General Trading Company Limited has announced the proposed acquisition of 3,26,431 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- constituting 26.70% of shareholding of R. V. Investment & Dealers Ltd pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2009, through the Reverse Book Building mechanism of the Exchange.
The shares of the Company are currently listed on CSE.
A floor price of Rs. 65 per share has been fixed as per the Regulations.
