Pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines 2003, K. Dhandapani & Company Ltd has complied with the formalities for delisting of equity shares. Accordingly, the trading in the equity shares of K. Dhandapani & Company Ltd (Scrip Code: 530395) will be discontinued w.e.f.  Tuesday, December 8, 2009 and will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f Tuesday, December 15, 2009

Exit option will be kept open at the rate of Rs.40/- per share, being the exit price determined to the remaining public shareholders for a period of six months from the date of delisting by the acquirers – Mr T N Sridharan, Mr T N Desikan, Mr T N Kothan Dapani Mr T N Soundararajan and Mr Kumar K Swamy.
