	Quality Care India Limited (Acquirer) have announced the proposed acquisition of 33,00,739 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- constituting 27.28% of shareholding of Care Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines 2003, through the Reverse Book Building mechanism of the Exchange. The shares of the Company are currently listed on Delhi Stock Exchange Limited (DSE). A floor price of Rs.8/- per share has been fixed as per the Guidelines.     Date of Opening of the Offer November 12, 2009 Last date for the Offer November 16, 2009
